The first question most people have is, how do you bill for your services?
TechniMed charges a percentage of your deposits based on practice specialty and the level of involvement TechniMed takes part in with your office. Percentages are negotiated on a case to case basis.

When you sign with TechniMed, you will be assigned a biller supported by a billing team. Your biller can be reached Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. TechniMed can answer any questions you have regarding your billing. The same goes for your patients, during the same time frame your patients can call and receive top notch service regarding their accounts. TechniMed’s patient accounts coordination’s will set-up a schedule for mailing your patient statements. You will be enrolled in Emdeon which is billed separately.

Each month your doctors and practice management will receive Excel spreadsheets tracking your billed and deposits for the month, along with a spread of the past year to compare your earnings to the appropriate time period.

Quarterly, your practice will receive colorful Visio bar graphs and pie charts. Visio graphs track you’re billed v. deposits, and your patient insurance demographic make-up. This is a great way to see what insurances the majority of your patients carry, along with how well they are paying!

Recently we have implemented 3 Option plans for doctors interested in TechniMed’s billing service and
Office Medicine Networks. With only a slight increase
in your payment each month you can access additional
modules, such as, EHR of the award winning OMNi!

TechniMed averages a 15% increase in revenue for all new clients, with some clients seeing as much as a 50% increase in revenue!

TechniMed currently averages 90% collections rate on allowed amounts with current clients.
